Resonant Harbour: A Speculative Water Tour took place in October/November 2023 in Hong Kong. Based on a speculative history of the mythical Victoria Harbour (along with a primary theme of negative space) the sound installation by Shane Aspegren was created largely from granularly-processed underwater recordings from the harbour, as well as surrounding marine ecosystems which are under threat due to environmental concerns and development projects.

The project was curated by Ng Tsz Kwan and also included dramaturgy by Zoe Lai-Sim Fong and Li Man Hin. Resonant Harbour is connected to another exhibition — Fill In The Blanks — showing building-sized LED video work from Ng Tsz Kwan, Zhang Bo, Tap Chan, and Ivy Ma.
